Deliveries within the Republic of Bulgaria are made within 4-10 working days. Orders placed after 16:00 are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day. All orders are sent through a courier company to a pre-requested address, which the user fills in when placing an order.

In contracts where the trader sends the goods to the User, the risk of loss or damage of the goods passes to the User at the moment when the User or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, accepts the goods. When the User has chosen a carrier and assigned to transport the goods, but the carrier chosen by the User is not among the carriers offered by the trader, the risk passes to the User when handing over the goods to the carrier of his choice. In case of loss or damage, the User may claim compensation or damages from the carrier.

Immediately after acceptance of the goods, they should be carefully inspected by the User or his authorized person. Any damages, deformations or other damages should be reported to "Petit Fleur" Ltd. In case of incorrect or wrong address, contact person and / or telephone number when submitting the order, the trader is not responsible for incorrect execution of the order information from the User.

Upon delivery of the goods the consumer or a third party signs the accompanying documents. A third party is considered anyone who is not the holder of the application, but accepts the goods for delivery and is at the address specified by the customer. In the following cases, the refusal is considered unfounded and the customer is obliged to pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods. within this period, the trader is released from his obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase.

Article 143, item 19 of the CPA "In case of non-compliance of the consumer goods with the sales contract, the consumer has the right to file a complaint by asking the seller to bring the goods in compliance with the sales contract. In this case the consumer can choose between repairs of the goods or the replacement with a new one, unless this is possible or the way of compensation chosen by him is disproportionate in comparison with the other ", according to Art. 105 para 2 and art. 112 para 1 of the CPA.
